How fast is the Momo M4 water dispenser's water flow?
The Momo M4 dispenses 34oz per minute.

Does the Momo M4 freeze or filter the water?
No, the Momo M4 doesn't freeze or filter water. Our water dispenser is built to serve water, making it easy for you to fill a container before placing it in your fridge or freezer.

How does the smart memory function work?
Toggle the option wheel to the timer icon. Hold down the serving button for 3 seconds until a white light begins flashing. Place the cup/bottle/container under the water outlet and press the on/off button for water flow to begin. Wait for the water to reach the desired level, and press the on/off button once more to stop the water flow. There it is! Your Momo M4 is now programmed and ready to serve you with the same amount of water every time when using this function.

Is the water dispenser firmly secured over the gallon bottle opening?
Yes! Our water dispenser uses a unique silicone sealing system to ensure a snug fit around any large gallon bottle opening.

How do I clean the water dispenser?
Your Momo M4 should only be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Under no circumstances should running water be poured over the dispenser, as this will damage the electronics within the product, resulting in a loss of warranty.

Can I use the dispenser to serve other liquids?
The Momo M4 was designed for use only with water. We do not advise using the pump for any other liquids, as this may damage your device, and result in a loss of warranty.

Is there an LED indicator light?
Yes! The LED indicator light is capable of telling you when your Momo M4 is fully charged (remains on), charging (blinking slowly), less than 15% battery (blinking quickly), and about to stop functionding due to low battery (3 blinks).

How do I charge my Momo M4?
You may charge your Momo M4 using your cellphone charger adapter with the USB cable supplied with your product. You may operate the Momo M4 whilst charging. Please note that your cellphone charging adapter cannot be above 3A.

What is the charging time?
The Momo M4 will reach a full charge after 4-5 hours.

Are the batteries tested for functionality?
All batteries are tested for functionality during production, and prior to dispatch.

The hose is floating and not reaching the bottom of the barrel, what should I do?
When the hose is new, it does not contain any water, and therefore won't sink to the bottom of the barrel. It may also be slightly deformed as it is made of silicone, and arrived wrapped inside the packaging. To fix this, first submerge the hose in a pot of boiling water for two minutes. Remove it carefully, and stretch it out.
First place the hose back into the barrel, ensuring that it has filled with water in order to create a weight that will cause it to sink into the barrel. You may then attach it to the bottom of the dispenser.

The pump is making noise but not dispensing water, what do I do?
Check that the silicone hose is properly connected to the dispenser, and that the other end is fully submerged in water. If this isn't the case, air will enter the dispenser, preventing it from working properly and thus generating noise. Try not to let this happen for a sustained period as it may burnout your pump's motor.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Is the Drytomita bath mat fragile?
No, drop tests were performed from a height of 5ft and it did not break. That said, please exercise caution when handling your Drytomita, as preventing it from falling is the best way to preserve your product's longevity.

A sheet of sandpaper is provided with your Drytomita bath mat. When it is dirty, simply sand it lightly without applying too much pressure. Customers have also told us that they clean their Drytomita with the rough side of a sponge under running water which also works very well.

What modes does the Luzinha have?
The Luzinha has 3 functions:
OFF: Off

AUTO: Automatic. The Luzinha will light up only in a dark setting and for just 15 seconds when movement is detected from up to 12ft away before turning off again.

ON: The Luzinha will remain on until the battery runs out, the Luzinha is reverted to one of the two previous functions mentioned.

We recommend placing your Luzinha in high traffic areas of your home i.e stairs and corridors where you may pass by without having touching any light switches. Customers have also told us that use of our Luzinha in their baby's room has worked extremely well, as the Luzinha activates the moment you enter the room, without emitting a flash directly in their child's face as is ever so common with traditional lighting. In addition to the above suggestions, we also recommend cupboards as a great place to attach your Luzinha. Our product can be used in any place where you feel it will simplify your day to day life!

I received my Luzinha but I don't know how to attach it, how should I proceed?
For non metallic surfaces, use the double-sided 3M adhesive sticker provided wth the product along with the metallic support piece. Stick the 3M adhesive to the metallic support piece, and attach the piece where you would like to install the Luzinha. Finally, place the back of the Luzinha over the metallic support piece, which will stick direclty to it thanks to its inbuilt magnet. For metallic surfaces, simply place your Luzinha in its desired position, as the internal magnet will ensure it stays in place.

My Luzinha does not activate in AUTO mode, what should I do?
Your Luzinha will not activate in AUTO mode when not in a dark environment. The Luzinha's system was developed to work only in the absence of light, so wait for nightfall turn off your lights, and save energy by using your new the little light!

What kind of disinfectant solution should i use?
For optimum results, we recommend using alcohol of at least 75% or higher. Please note that the Momo Spray® is only designed to atomize alcohol and not any form of oily or thicker liquids such as sanitizing gel. 
 
Do I need to add water to the alcohol?
The Momo Spray®'s atomizer is designed to vehemently atomize alcohol into a fine high volume mist without the need for any other additional mixing liquids such as water. 
 
How long does each spray last?
The Momo Spray®'s powerful and efficient atomizer is engineered to spray the precise optimal amount of alcohol during each ten second spray, making it economical and waste-free.
 
How often do I need to fill the reservoir?
The Momo Spray®'s unique atomizer, coupled with its large 5.4oz reservoir make it extremely economical. With normal use (10 sprays per day), you may expect to replenish the alcohol inside your Momo Spray® once every 8-10 weeks.

Our powerful and durable 1800mAh rechargeable battery is capable of lasting up to 1 week with normal use (10 sprays per day) on a full charge (standby 10-12 hrs a day). For heavier use, we recommend charging your Momo Spray® at least once every couple of days. You may continue to use your Momo Spray® normally during a charging cycle.
 
Can I change the battery?

1. To open the reservoir: Gently pull the cap horizontally and lift to reveal and remove the rubber plug.
 
2. Pour 75% alcohol into the reservoir, place the rubber plug back over the opening, slide the lid shut, and allow alcohol to sit for two minutes to ensure the filter adequately absorbs the solution.
 
3. Press the on/off button once - A blue light shall appear indicating that the Momo Spray® is now switched on and ready for use.
 
4. Your Momo Spray® shall activate when hands or items are placed over the infrared sensor at a distance of up to 4". During activation, the blue indicator light will appear green.
 
5. To switch off, simply press the on/off button twice in a row, or leave the Momo Spray® unused for a continuous period of 24 hours.
